Your multifamily electrical partner

One Contractor for Every Building in Your Portfolio

Multi-unit properties have different electrical needs than single-family homes: aging main services, meter banks, shared parking, common areas and residents who need power every day. One54 Electric works with property managers, HOA boards and owners throughout Los Angeles, from the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys to the Westside and Downtown.

We've been an electrical contractor in Los Angeles since 1985, and the same crews that handle large hotel and restaurant projects bring that planning and coordination to apartment and condo buildings. You get one point of contact, written scopes and a schedule built around your residents.
